Experience

Four decades across matters that rarely stay in one lane.

Called to the Bar in 1989. What follows is the range of work behind the perspective I bring today.

  • Estate and succession matters
  • Divorce and matrimonial matters
  • Property matters and transactions
  • Corporate and commercial matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Buying and selling companies and businesses
  • Business and shareholder matters
  • Negotiation and resolution of complex disputes

Over the years I have seen how a decision made in one area carries into another.

A corporate transaction can affect a family. A family dispute can affect a business. A property decision can affect succession.

A decision that looks sensible today can create unintended consequences years later. My aim is to help clients weigh those wider implications before the decision is made.
